oops on brisket recipe

Clearly I need an editor. I skipped a crucial ingredient (tomatoes) and a crucial step (slicing), which I've now added to my recipe for you here. Sorry!

Further to my earlier comment on this topic, to my surprise I found an abundance of Brisket at my local sainsbury's store. Having purchased a suitable piece, I shall be attempting your recipe as soon as possible.
