As that is too depressing to contemplate (as attractive as your review is, I don't think I could see Enron as I would probably start yelling at the stage), I will think about that gorgeous salad instead. I have never attempted artichoke - the instructions sound so complicated! The picture at the top looks like it comes from a very high-end magazine or cookbook.
